Tours & Tastings

Sip on a complimentary cocktail while you get up close and personal with our stills, brewhouse, and rackhouse! Learn about the distilling process, how we produce and age spirits, and our science-based approach to flavor development. After touring the facilities, cap off the experience with a guided tasting at the sampling bar.

Standard tours cost $15/person, last approximately 60 minutes, and include the following:

• Complimentary Gin & Tonic or Old Fashioned featuring Short Path Distillery spirits
• Guided facility tour including our brewhouse, stillhouse, and barrel warehouse
• Tasting of 3 spirits

Tours typically take place on Saturdays at the following times: 2pm, 4pm, and 6pm. Important note: If you select a 2:45, 4:45, or 6:45 spot, it’s just for a tasting, not the full tour.

Want to skip the tour and just join a tasting? 

Select from one of the following times: 2:45pm, 4:45pm, 6:45pm. Each tasting ticket is $10 and includes a guided taste of Gin, Triple Sec, and Whiskey. Tastings last 15-20 minutes. 6:45pm tasting tickets must be purchased at the distillery in-person prior to 6pm.
