Myrtle Liqueur
After his college years, Co-Founder and Distiller Zack Robinson took a summer trip across Europe. While hiking in Corsica, he discovered a spirit the locals were drinking on their lunch breaks. Expecting a harsh moonshine but surprised by the liqueur’s complex, herbal flavor, Zack learned from his host that the spirit was made with the leaves of the myrtle bush, a hardy shrub native to southern Europe.
Why is there sediment in my bottle? We do not chill-filter any of our spirits. This means they have the full flavor and mouthfeel of their class. As a result, Myrtle will occasionally exude a cloudy or hazy appearance, or sediment may be visible. Have no fear, this is completely natural.
Where to find it This spirit is a distillery-only product which means it can only be found at our headquarters in Everett.

Why the Myrtle Warbler?
It’s all in the name! The Myrtle Warbler will readily take wax-myrtle berries in the winter, which gives the species its name. Myrtle Liqueur is made with the leaves of the myrtle bush, a hardy shrub native to southern Europe.
