London Dry Gin
Our London Dry Gin pays homage to our forbearers. We amp up the juniper, bringing its piquant, resinous pine flavors to the forefront and compliment them with coriander and lemongrass to round out the flavor with a well-balanced citrus note. A smooth take on a classic flavor profile.

Inspired by the changing seasons, Autumn Gin is made using orange peel, juniper, anise, cinnamon, galangal, lemon peel, and corriander to create an autumn-appropriate flavor. This gin leads with an aroma of spices and cinnamon, and sips with a velvety body with anise top notes over a peppery backbone with a tangy thai ginger finish.
For fans of gin & tonics with a sharp bite that highlights the bitter citrus of tonic water, try an Autumn Gin and Tonic using Fever Tree Indian Tonic Water and a granny smith apple garnish. If you’re looking for something to mix with the local apple cider just about to hit store shelves, we love the Autumn Gin mixed with cider and orange seltzer or cider and ginger beer.

Rosemary and juniper were meant to be together! As we were working to develop our flagship gin recipe, we stumbled upon this pairing and fell in love. Rosemary’s woodsy, earthy character serves as a perfect compliment to the bright pine and citrus notes from juniper and together they created a depth of flavor we had never experienced before in a gin. Our Winter Gin features both botanicals in the front seat, with a back seat consisting of angelica root, cardamom, licorice root, and orris root for added depth and balance. Sip this one on a cold winter’s night in front of a crackling fireplace.

Summer Reserve is a barrel-rested premium herbal liqueur made by pressing gin-infused wild, Maine blueberries gently sweetened with local honey from Merrimack Valley Apiaries. Blueberry sweetness, savory herbs, spiced barrel notes, and a delicate bitterness present themselves in a versatile flavor profile that can be used in a spritzer with soda water and lemon, or sipped chilled with an orange slice.

Every year, as we shake off the last vestiges of winter and welcome the sights, sounds, and smells of spring, we welcome the longer days, budding trees, and petrichor after a refreshing spring rain. From this inspiration, we developed our Spring Gin with a flavor profile is centered with juniper and corriander and surrounded by a suite of botanicals to bring out the best of the season: elderflower, chamomile, lemongrass, lemon peel, lemon balm, jasmine, myrtle, and dandelion root.
We recommend mixing this spirit with mild flavors to let the floral subtleties shine through. Ingredients like wildflower honey, cucumber, fruit-tinged seltzers, citrus bitters, and a squeeze of lemon are all compatible with this gin (but maybe not all of these at the same time, if you catch our drift).
