Spring Amaro

One of four Short Path Distillery seasonal Amari, Spring Amaro is our take on a classic Cynar style bittersweet liqueur made from artichoke leaves. It leads with a grassy, artichoke-forward bitterness and offers hints of sweet citrus. We recommend sipping on Spring Amaro neat, or stirring it with equal parts Spring Gin and Myrtle Liqueur to create a twist on a Negroni.
