Heather Amaro

In early 2020, Cambridge Brewing Co. approached us with an opportunity to collaborate on a new expression of their world famous Heather Ale. We were thrilled to join efforts with our neighbors. After its distillation in copper pot stills, we aged the spirit in a barrel previously used to age Bourbon, Old Tom Gin, and Amaro. Two years later, we have a complex, limited edition Heather Amaro fit for cocktails or straight shipping.
