Bourbon, Batch 1 is our first take on Bourbon Whiskey. A mash of 60% corn and 40% barley is fermented with American Whiskey yeast and aged in new Maine White Oak barrels to produce a complex palate of honey, brine, and tobacco, with a light finish consisting of aromatic oak and vanilla.
