Beerskey

An exclusive spirit made in collaboration with Cambridge Brewing Company. In early 2020, we partnered with our neighbors from CBC to distill a variety of their barrel aged sour beers. We distilled the beers in direct fire copper pot stills, then aged them in three unique whiskey barrels for three years. We married the barrels and created our first ever Beerskey.
