Autumn Gin

Our goal of creating four seasonal gins continues with the release of Autumn Gin. Inspired by the changing seasons, Autumn Gin is made using orange peel, juniper, anise, cinnamon, galangal, lemon peel, and corriander. This gin leads with an aroma of spices and cinnamon, and sips with a velvety body with anise top notes over a peppery backbone with a tangy thai ginger finish.

For fans of gin & tonics with a sharp bite that highlights the bitter citrus of tonic water, try an Autumn Gin and Tonic with our Autumn Gin with Fever Tree Indian Tonic Water and a granny smith apple garnish. If you’re looking for something to mix with the local apple cider just about to hit store shelves, we love the Autumn Gin mixed with cider and orange seltzer or cider and ginger beer.
