Autumn Amaro

One of four seasonal Amari we’re releasing throughout the next year, Autumn Amaro is an apple-forward bittersweet, herbal liqueur. The spirit starts out as our white Apple Brandy, is infused with a variety of botanicals that best represent the season, is aged in Bourbon barrels, and finally gets proofed down with sugar and birch syrup before it’s bottled up. Autumn Amaro leads with a warm apple pie aroma, provides notes of clove, bubblegum, and cinnamon, and leaves a spicy bitter finish. We recommend sipping on this spirit neat, mixing it up with some apple cider, or using it as an Amaro substitute in a cocktail of your choice.
