Join us for a super special Valentine’s Day edition of our Sip & Supper series, where we team up with local food partners to bring you pre-made food and drinks to enjoy at home. For this event, we’re serving up Gin cocktails paired with a slow roasted marinated Porchetta from our friends at A Tavola Restaurant in Winchester!
Each 2/14 Sip & Supper Pack Includes
- Porchetta with roasted vegetables and a side salad for two
- 1 Gin bottled cocktail (makes 2 drinks)
The Food
A slow roasted marinated Porchetta with roasted vegetables and a side salad of herbs and bitter greens for two.
The Porchetta is a pork belly that is marinated with herbs, roasted garlic, red wine and spices, and slow roasted at 200 degrees for 4-5 hours. Each dinner will have a portion of roast for two along with some herb roasted winter vegetables and a salad made of bitter greens and fresh herbs.
Paired Cocktail
We’re mixing up Gin, lemon, thyme syrup, and rosewater to pair with your Porchetta. It’s herbal, delicate, and comes with a very Instagrammable garnish.
