Join resin artist, Pranal, in learning how to make a seascape like Charcuterie board to display your cheese/snacks on. The experience will help you learn how to mix resin, tint it and create ocean seascapes on a Charcuterie board that you can take home with you (on the following day). You can add sand, small pieces of shells etc if you like to your board and we can provide those in limited quantities. The boards are different kind of woods of different shapes and sizes (similar sizes but not exactly same) since they are sourced from local woodworker. You can take your board home on the following day or within that week as it will take about 12 hours to dry.
Guests will get a cheeseboard, resin, resin pigments to work with, heat gun, respirator mask and gloves to work with. Guests will be taught how to mix resin, tint it and how to create waves on a wood board. The guests will have to pick up the board on the following day or a later time because it will be wet to carry home immediately.
I am a fluid who works with resin and acrylic colors. I discovered my interest in fluid art about 6 years ago. Discovering fluid art was a turning point; its organic, free-flowing movement is mesmerizing to watch and is so therapeutic to me. I love how it takes on a life of its own and travels a path I could never have planned. Each piece is so unique and cannot be replicated! As self-taught artist, I intend my art to soothe the soul. I prefer my art to be healing; to provide strength and energy by use of bright and bold play of colors to create designs that would light up ones soul.
