Dream Pop Yoga

Join Sheri of Health Goth Yoga for one hour of all levels vinyasa yoga on the patio to the sounds of your favorite dream pop bands. Then stay for a cocktail (or two!) and mingle. No props needed except for a mat. This is an all levels yoga class that will start slow and build. Expect to Sweat, Deeply Stretch and Surrender into a Savasana.

Your ticket includes

• Class admission
• 1 cocktail, mocktail, or non-alcoholic beverage (flights excluded)

What to bring:

• A yoga mat
• A light jacket. This class takes place on our covered patio. We will provide heaters in case of cold weather.
