The Cafe at Short Path Distillery

We’re brewing something new at our Everett distillery. Opening in August 2025, The Café at Short Path Distillery will bring together specialty coffee, fresh pastries, and a welcoming space to start your day — whether you’re grabbing a quick cup or settling in to work for a while.

We’ve partnered with local roasters Gracenote Coffee for expert beans and Forge Bakery for a daily selection of fresh croissants and breakfast items. With cozy seating, natural light, and reliable Wi-Fi, it’s the perfect spot to sip, snack, and stay awhile.
