We’re brewing something new at our Everett distillery. The Café at Short Path Distillery brings together specialty coffee, fresh pastries, and a welcoming space to start your day — whether you’re grabbing a quick cup or settling in to work for a while.

We’ve partnered with local roasters Gracenote Coffee for expert beans and Forge Bakery for a daily selection of fresh croissants and breakfast items. With cozy seating, natural light, and reliable Wi-Fi, it’s the perfect spot to sip, snack, and stay awhile.
