London Dry Gin

When anniversaries roll around, we start thinking about times gone by. As our two-year anniversary approached, we reflected back to the gins that we drank when we were younger and which influenced the gins we make at Short Path Distillery. We pay homage to these spirits with our own London Dry Gin, a tribute to the classic style of gin our parents drank.

Compared to our flagship gin, we amp up the juniper, nearly doubling the amount in our flagship recipe, bringing the piquant, resinous pine flavors to the forefront and compliment them with only two other ingredients, corriander and lemongrass, to round out the flavor with a simple citrus complexity.  A smooth take on a classic.
