Aquavit

Aquavit is our take on a traditionally Scandinavian spirit made using caraway seeds, fennel, dill, cardamom, and grains of paradise. After it’s distilled, it’s aged in whiskey barrels and then proofed and bottled. We recommend drinking it straight or using it as a unique, flavorful addition into a cocktail.
