Short Path Distillery News, October 2014

October 31, 2014

The last few months have been busy here at Short Path Distillery!

At the end of September, we signed a lease for our distilling space, and are proud to announce that we will be located at 71 Kelvin Street in Everett, Massachusetts!

We couldn’t be happier with the location, a brick beauty built in 1900 with ample parking located adjacent to the Teddie Peanut Butter factory, around the corner from our friends at Night Shift Brewing, a short walk away from the Orange Line, and just off of Route 16.

Now that we have our space, we have begun the buildout process, which includes ordering handmade copper stills from Portugal, making the space our own, and submitting federal and state applications so we can share our spirits with you as soon as possible.

Want to follow along as we build out our space and ramp up to launch? Follow us on Instagram (instagram.com/spdistillery) and on Twitter (@SPDistillery). We’ll be sharing behind-the-scenes news and photos about our buildout, ongoing work finalizing our bottle labels, and the inspiration behind our spirits.

Stay tuned for more news in the coming weeks!
