Café Manager – Full-Time
Compensation: Starting at $25/hour depending on experience
Schedule: Morning and daytime shifts only (we close at 3:30 PM)
We’re launching a brand-new café at Short Path Distillery and looking for a hands-on, experienced Café Manager to lead our opening team. This is a unique opportunity to help shape something from the ground up — to build systems, develop team culture, and guide daily operations in a space where quality, hospitality, and community come first.
We're partnering with Gracenote Coffee for our coffee program and Forge for our food program.
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee daily operations: scheduling, ordering, inventory, and team management
- Train and support a team of baristas and shift leads
- Lead by example behind the bar, ensuring drinks, service, and space meet high standards
- Support team morale, performance, and communication
- Collaborate with ownership to define goals, build systems, and grow the café

Qualifications
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of café or hospitality management experience required
- Strong leadership, communication, and time management skills
- Experience in high-volume service environments
- Passion for hospitality and a desire to build something lasting
- Calm, organized, and solutions-oriented
