Join us as we celebrate St. Patrick’s Day with a sneak peek of our first-ever Irish Style Whiskey — made grain-to-glass right here in Everett. We’ll be pouring up festive whiskey cocktails all day long alongside our full cocktail menu
Single Pot Still Irish Style Whiskey
Grab a sneak peek of our first ever Irish Style Whiskey!!! We used a 60% unmalted barley and 40% malted barley mash bill. After it’s one-week fermentation, it was triple distilled in our direct-fire copper pot stills. Aged for one year in a whiskey cask. We’ll have pours and cocktails behind the bar.
