Take a culinary journey to Italy with Chef Antonio as your guide as you discover the proper skills needed to make ravioli from scratch. First, you will learn how to roll out your homemade pasta dough, then use that dough to craft these Italian dumplings and fill them with butternut squash. Then, you’ll brew a savory, umami-laden wild mushroom sauce to top your ravioli. Buon appetito!
