✨ Come learn how to make Traditional, Spinach, or Red Beet tortellini, ravioli and gnocchi! Each participant will knead, roll, fill, and cut their own tortellini to later take home and cook. Choose between making:

1) Traditional tortellini with a ricotta filling ✨

2) A spinach tortellini with spinach and ricotta filling ✨ or

3) Red Beet tortellini with a roasted butternut squash filling ✨

4) Honey, herb, roasted garlic Ricotta filled Carrot Colored Tortellini ✨

5) Wild mushrooms , Parmesan, Hazelnut filled tortellini ✨

6) Squid ink Fra diavolo ✨

7) Seasonal Flavors ✨

8) Cacio e pepe Gnocchi

Everyone should head home with roughly 1 pound (or 4 servings) of tortellini/raviolis/gnocchi they made from scratch, and hopefully really cool memories Enjoy a tasty beverage (available for purchase at the venue) while you’re making, and some great conversation from other pasta lovers.✨ NOTE: Please make sure you don’t have any allergies to ingredients before handling or ingesting anything involved in the experience. Those with serious food allergies should not attend.
