In this hands-on class with Chef Antonio, you will learn how to prepare fresh pasta dough that’s texturally resilient and versatile, and then use it to handcraft 10 different types of pasta differing in shape, history, and gastronomical purpose.
Some of the noodles you can look forward to making include silky ribbons of tagliatelle and fettuccine, pillowy soft gnocchi, spaghetti alla chitarra, and so much more. Chef Antonio will also teach you how to brew a batch of cherry tomato and basil pasta sauce bursting with fresh, vibrant seasonal flavor.
