Manhattan Night

One of our favorite classic cocktails is the Manhattan. Three simple ingredients: Whiskey, Sweet Vermouth, and Bitters. When made with the right spirits and proportions, we might even go as far to say it’s a perfect cocktail.
This past year we started a journey to making our own version of a Sweet Vermouth: Americano Rouge. Our take on a sweet vermouth uses Massachusetts grown grapes. We turn the wine into brandy and proof it down with more Massachusetts grown red wine. Having this spirit allows us to make a Manhattan using entirely Short Path spirits (we’re a little proud, can you tell??).
Join us for our first ever Manhattan Night where we use our creativity to put spins on the classic. You can even put your own imagination to the test by building your own, one-of-a-kind Manhattan.
