We’ll also prepare Tabbouleh or Fattoush, the ultimate Lebanese salads, chopping fresh vegetables and mixing a zesty dressing before sitting down to enjoy it together. Expect bold flavors, fresh ingredients, and a true taste of Lebanon. And of course, you will be trying the Lebanese Zaatar dip, savoring its rich, earthy flavors firsthand!
I am an American-Lebanese food enthusiast and a Systems Security Analyst by day, but my true passion comes alive at night when I am in the kitchen, sharing my love for food on Instagram. My journey with food started early—I moved to the U.S. at 16 to study Hospitality Management, then returned to Lebanon, where I spent years perfecting my cooking and hosting unforgettable events. I have traveled to 26 countries, tasting countless dishes and recreating them back home, always fascinated by the way food connects people across cultures. When I came back to Boston in 2018, I realized the city was missing true Lebanese flavors. Now, I am here to bring you an authentic taste of Lebanon!
