Fireside Fest

Join us for Fireside Fest, a cozy smokey celebration of winter flavors, local spirits and food.

We’re leaning all the way into the fire theme with special smoked cocktails and smoked lattes. You’ll also get a sneak peek of our Maine peat-smoked whiskey… a limited, early taste before its official release next year.

To keep the fire going, IndiHen Indian Fried Chicken will be popping up from 2-7pm with Boston’s first Indian fried chicken sandwiches. We’re also excited to debut our Limited Edition Hatchery Series Mastika Liqueur, a bright, aromatic spirit distilled with mastic resin inspired by Mediterranean tradition.

Mastika Liqueur
Our first Hatchery Release of 2026 is Mastika Liqueur, a unique spirit distilled with mastic resin from the mastic tree. It has a bright, resinous aroma reminiscent of fresh herbs and has been enjoyed throughout the Mediterannean for generations. We’ll have a limited number of bottles for sale and cocktails behind the bar.

Maine Peat Smoked Whiskey
First released in 2018, this is a sneak peek of a very special whiskey made with hand-dug Maine peat-smoked barley. It’s been resting in oak barrels for a few years and we’re taking some out for a little taste.

Indihen Indian Fried Chicken
Tarun and Micah met in culinary school and always envisioned starting a restaurant together. After a decade of friendship, countless hours of recipe testing, and relentless passion; they are so incredibly excited for you to bite into Boston’s first Indian fried chicken sandwich! Their menu is inspired by the comfort foods they love cooking for our friends and families. This is the best damn Indian fried chicken sandwich you’ll ever have!

The bar is open 12-11:30pm, cafe is open 8-3pm, IndiHen will be here 3-8pm
