Barrel Aged Gin Night

Juniper & oak, the combo you didn’t know you needed in your life. We’ve thrown a lot of gin into barrels over the past few years and want to share them with you. OLD TOM GIN our london dry gin aged in whiskey barrels and slightly sweetened

BALL SQUARE FAMILY SELECTION GIN A custom gin made for our friends at Ball Square Fine Wines using juniper, lemon peel, orange peel, elderflower, then aged in a bourbon barrel

MIGRATION GIN #2 our london dry gin aged in hiskey then apple brandy barrels

MIGRATION GIN #4 our london dry gin aged in whiskey, apple brandy, summer reserve, then aquavit barrels

MIGRATION GIN #5 barrel strength version of migration gin #4 (120 proof)
