90s Alternative Yoga

Join Sarah of Health Goth Yoga for one hour of all levels vinyasa yoga on the patio to the sounds of 90s alternative music. Then stay for a cocktail (or two!) and mingle. No props needed except for a mat. This is an all levels yoga class that will start slow and build. Expect to Sweat, Deeply Stretch and Surrender into a Savasana.

Your ticket includes

• 1 cocktail, mocktail, or non-alcoholic beverage (flights excluded)

What to bring:

• A yoga mat
• A light jacket. This class takes place on our covered patio. We will provide heaters in case of cold weather.
