Gin No. 14

Gin No. 14 was the 14th recipe we tested while we were developing our flagship gin. We fell in love with how well rosemary’s subtle woodsy, earthy character paired with the bright pine and citrus notes from the juniper. The marriage of these two botanicals is a perfect compliment to a cold winter’s night in front of the fire. While this recipe didn’t end up becoming our flagship, we all agreed that eventually, Gin No. 14 needed to see the light of day.
