After a six month slumber in barrels, our Apple Brandy has emerged just in time for the fall season. It tempts with an aroma of butterscotch and candied plum which yields to a warm, roasted apple and peach body as it crosses the palate. A smooth oaked caramel finish rounds out the flavor profile. If you’re in the mood for a cocktail, try subbing in Apple Brandy for whiskey in an Old Fashioned, or upping the fruitiness by shaking 2oz of Apple Brandy over ice with 1oz of SPD Triple Sec and 2/3oz Lemon Juice.
